We want you to love your Veronica Beard purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise within 21 days of the ship date. Please ensure all original tags are attached and items are in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original shipping box or a similar sturdy container, including the original packing slip if available.
Attach the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid UPS return shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, removing any old labels.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to any authorized UPS drop-off location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
